आंवले का औषधीय महत्व जानिए, देगा कौन-कौन से फायदे
आंवला हम भारतीयों के लिए कोई दुर्लभ फल नहीं है।
आंवला भारत के किसी भी भाग में आसानी से मिल जाता है।
संस्कृत भाषा में आंवले को आमलंकी, आदिफल, अमरफल, धात्रीफल, आदि नामों से संबोधित कर सम्मानित किया जाता है।
ऐसा भी कहा जाता है कि प्राचीन काल में च्यवन ऋषि ने इसी का प्रयोग करके अपने यौवन को पुनः प्राप्त कर लिया था।
इसी कारण च्यवनप्राशावलेह का यह मुख्य घटकभी है जो चिरपुरातन सर्वप्रचलित है।
आइए ,जाने कि आंवला हमारे लिए किस तरह से फायदेमंद हैं
१) एसिडिटी में गुणकारी: आंवला अम्लपित्त के रोगियों के लिए अत्यंत प्रभावशाली औषधि है।
ऐसे रोगी आंवला चूर्ण का सेवन करें तो बहुत फायदा मिलेगा।
चूर्ण रूप आंवला पेट की जलन तथा अम्ल की अधिकता से पैदा होने वाली तकलीफ़ में अच्छा लाभ पहुंचाता है।
२) विटामिन ‘सी’ से भरपूर: आंवला विटामिन ‘सी’ से भरपूर होता है और इसी वजह से शरीर में विटामिन ‘सी’ की कमी के कारण पैदा होने वाली समस्याओं से छुटकारा दिलाता है।
इनमें स्कर्वी के कारण उपजी समस्याएं विशेष रूप से उल्लेखनीय हैं, जैसे मसूड़ों की सूजन, हड्डियों में अपने आप ही फ्रैक्चर आ जाने की दिक्कत, कमजोरी, चिड़चिड़ापन आदि।
आंवले के बारे में यह बात भी विशेष रूप से ध्यान देने योग्य है, कि आंवला स्कर्वी रोग से मुक्ति दिलाने में सबसे बेहतर खाद्य-पदार्थ है, क्योंकि एक आंवला दो संतरों के बराबर लाभ पहुंचाने की क्षमता रखता है।
आंवले के भीतर विटामिन ‘सी’ की इतनी अधिक मात्रा मौजूद है कि अगर इसका नियमित रूप से सेवन करें तो स्कर्वी रोग से तो राहत मिलेगी ही साथ में और भी कई अन्य रोगों की संभावना टल जाएगी।
३) पीलिया रोग में फायदेमंद: आंवला यकृत (लिवर) की दुर्बलत और पीलिया रोग से ग्रस्त लोगों के लिए बहुत ही फायदेमंद होता है।
ऐसे लोगों को शहद के साथ आंवले की चटनी बनाकर सुबह-शाम खानी चाहिए।
४) बालो की सेहत के लिए: सिर के बालों में रुसी हो गई हो या फिर सिर में खुजली की समस्या हो तो आंवले के रस में सिर धोना चाहिए।
आंवले के रस में सिर धोने से इन समस्याओं से शीघ्र लाभ मिलेगा।
यह बहुत पुराना घरेलू नुस्खा है।
५) अपच में फायदेमंद: हिचकी, अपच व अपच के कारण होने वाले सिर दर्द, पेट की जलन व पेट से संबंधित अन्य रोगों में लाभकारी है।
सूखा आंवला भूख बढ़ाता है।
इसके अलावा इंद्रिय दुर्बलता, मस्तिष्क दौर्बल्य, बवासीर, ह्रदय रोग, खांसी, महिलाओं में प्रमेह आदि रोगों में भी आंवले का सेवन बहुत उपयोगी है।
अतः यूं भी कहा जा सकता है कि आंवला अपने औषधीय गुणों से भरा हुआ है, तथा हम इसके सेवन से स्वास्थ्य संबंधी अनेक समस्याओं से छुटकारा पा सकते हैं।
आंवले को अपने दैनिक आहार में शामिल करेंगे तो इसके नियमित लाभ पाना आसान हो जाएगा।
